Payment Terms:

• Casual customer – 40% deposit is to be paid along with the signed acceptance form before any work can proceed. Balance of payment due on completion of any work
• Customer - An official order number along with a signed acceptance form is to be provided before any work is carried out. Payment in full is due by the 20th of month following date of invoice.

Terms & Conditions:

- All quotes are valid for 21 days. We reserve the right to re-quote the job if work is required beyond 21 days
- Extra Digging: If not stated in the quote, any extra digging requiring a breaker will be charged as an extra at cost
- Underground Services: All underground services must be correctly and clearly marked on a site plan or located and marked on the ground before work can commence
- Retentions: Unless agreed to in writing by both parties, no retentions are to be withheld from payments
- Ownership will not pass to the customer until payment is received in full. Concept Construction Ltd reserves the right to enter the property to remove the goods if not paid for in full.
